table.fill with Structured References

While attempting to convert existing Excel templates using XML data mapping I am running into the folowing problem:

I am trying to use simple structured references in table that is filled using ExtremeML's TableWrapper.Fill method.

When defining the table I have one cell reference another cell in the same row via a formula.  If I use a formula like =List1[[#This Row],[MyColumnName]] the resulting rows all have #REF! errors.  If I use a formula like =CD1 then all rows have the value of the cell referenced in the first row.

What am I missing?

EDIT: Please disregard.  Apparently ExtremeML does not like default table names (aka List1), and default namespace prefixes (aka ns1:).  Replacing them removed the problem.
